Since the video was created, <a href=\"https:\/\/worldpopulationreview.com\/state-rankings\/critical-race-theory-ban-states\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seven States have banned CRT<\/a>, and sixteen more States have bans in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rufo says, <em>\u201cIn simple terms, critical race theory reformulates the old Marxist dichotomy of oppressor and oppressed, replacing the class categories of bourgeoisie and proletariat with the identity categories of White and Black.
