This has been going on for decades. These people live like this because they allow it to happen to themselves by their own chiefs. The Gov’t of Canada is more that fair with the payouts. The chiefs get filthy rich while the people live in abstract poverty. When will it end , when the gov’t smartens up and gives the money directly to the individual families and not the chiefs and then no one can say any different if it doesn’t stop
