It’s not just Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who likes to don a costume whenever inspiration strikes.
Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow was also recently spotted getting in on the act during the city’s annual Caribbean festival. Videos of the mayor dressed like a frilled lizard and gyrating her 67-year-old hips dominated social media this week.
