The Ongoing Attack on White Canadians: Your Tax Dollars Pay for Jobs Which Exclude YOU!

[The report from the Aristotle Foundation highlights how key government jobs are off limits to White Canadians, especially White straight males. This is part of the Great Replacement. Back in the 1960s key elements of the Laurentian elite, chiefly, but not exclusively, the Liberal Party, decided to replace the European founding/settler people with the Third World. The immigration laws were changed in stages — 1963, 1965, 1974. The “hate law” was brought in, in part to quell opposition to massive Third World immigration. Indeed, the first prosecution under the hate law was of the Western Guard’s Don Andrews and Bob Smith for anti- Third World comments in their newsletter. And, of course, in 1965, to prepare for “the new Canada” which Prime Minister Lester Pearson proclaimed to an angry convention of the Royal Canadian Legion in Winnipeg, the Liberals changed our flag from the Red Ensign with its glorious European symbolism into the present flag. By now, all but the blind can see that the European founding/settler people are being replaced. Even in remote communities the local Tim Horton’s is staffed by East Indians, often “temporary” foreign workers.
But it’s more than just an organized invasion. Our elites through their proclamations and endless apologies to one minority after an other, trash our history. They seek to demoralize the European founding/settler people with nonsense about slavery (we outlawed it in 1794!), residential schools and racism. Equally wicked they seek to damage us economically. Despite high unemployment (currently officially 8.2 per cent), they federal government admits hundreds of thousands of “temporary” foreign workers, almost all from the Third World. This makes it hard especially for our young people to get jobs. The invasion has lead to a housing crisis. Many of our youth cannot get a job or afford a house and, therefore, cannot start a family. In the government, we pay for, “equity targets” set minimum targets (they dishonestly don’t call them quotas) for non-Whites, the disabled and non-heterosexuals. Equity targets replace competence. There is a war being waged against us, mostly by people who look like us, with our own money. — Paul Fromm

The Ongoing Attack on White Canadians: Your Tax Dollars Pay for Jobs Which Exclude YOU!Key government jobs, such as safety inspectors and intelligence analysts, being prioritized by race

Tristin Hopper: Report finds 42 per cent of federal job postings practice ‘explicit or potential prioritization based on group identity’Author of the article:By Tristin Hopper Published Sep 03, 2026Last updated Sep 03, 20263 minute read 241 Comments Outside view of government building.Department of National Defence headquarters in Ottawa. Applicants to some of the most critical jobs in the Canadian federal government, including safety inspectors and intelligence agents, are now being explicitly told that they might be rejected if they don’t fit within an “equity-deserving” identity category.

And in some key federal government departments, 100 per cent of new hires are being screened based on race and identity.

Report authors analyzed 301 government job openings advertised between February and July, 2026. Of those, 42 per cent were subject to “explicit or potential prioritization based on group identity.”

“These postings go beyond signalling an inclusive workplace culture or encouraging applications from particular communities,” it read. “They explicitly disclose that certain groups may or will receive priority consideration in the selection process.”

One example being a position for a Defence Intelligence Officer that was advertised in February by the Department of National Defence.

“To achieve a representative workforce, selection may be based on qualified candidates self-declaring as belonging to one or more of the designated groups: Indigenous Peoples, members of visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and women,” it read.

A similar caveat was contained in a recent Transport Canada posting for an air safety inspector. Applicants were told to declare whether they were a member of a “designated employment equity group.”

“Diversity and inclusion are foundational values at Transport Canada and are core to who we are,” it read. “We strive to become an organization where everyone feels that their voice, views, values and life experiences are heard.”

Equity was also prioritized in a posting for an emergency management position within Parks Canada.

“We promote employment equity and encourage you to self-declare if you belong to one of the designated employment equity groups when you apply,” it read.

Although equity-based screening was present across the federal government, the analysis identified three departments in which 100 per cent of all new job postings explicitly stated that candidates would be prioritized based on race, gender or ability.

Every single job posted by Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the National Research Council contained what they called an “explicit or potential prioritization based on group identity.”

And the Department of National Defence was not far behind, with 92 per cent of its job postings telling candidates they would be subject to what amounts to identity discrimination.t

Aristotle results

According to the Aristotle report, “the expansion of identity-based selection practices risks undermining both the integrity and perceived legitimacy of the federal staffing system.”

The new report is very similar to a 2025 analysis by the Aristotle Foundation that examined hiring practices at Canadian universities.

In that instance, report authors examined 489 university job postings, and found only 12 that didn’t make explicit mention of how identity would be a factor in candidate selection.

“In other words, 98 per cent of academic postings … directly or indirectly discriminated against non-minorities,” it concluded.

While the Government of Canada has tried to encourage the recruitment of women and minority candidates since at least the 1980s, it’s only been within the past 10 years that this has taken the form of mandatory hiring quotas based on race, gender and other “identity” characteristics.

In the Department of National Defence, for instance, internal “equity targets” set in 2018 now require that 25 per cent of uniformed personnel be women, 3.5 per cent be Indigenous, and 11.8 per cent “visible minority.”

Starting in 2022, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada began publishing “hiring goals” that specified the precise number of minority candidates that each branch of the department was expected to recruit.

That year, the department’s engineering and scientific support division, for instance, was given a “hiring goal” of 38 Indigenous people and 27 “persons with disabilities.”

“Equity” hiring initiatives are usually premised on the government’s official position that the racial mix of an organization must precisely match the demographics of the Canadian population generally, and that any deviation from this constitutes evidence of systemic discrimination.

Prior research by the Aristotle Foundation has questioned this premise. In a 2023 paper by researcher Matthew Lau, the think tank presented numbers showing that white Canadians lagged behind non-white cohorts in everything from income to educational attainment to representation within professions such as engineering or medicine.

The inference being that these findings were not consistent with a country “rigged to disfavour racial minorities.”

I recently had an interview with none other than Monika Schaefer. She’s the wonderful woman who made a video fact-checking the lampshadocaust in 2016, only to have her life turned upside down by the usual suspects. Video of our interview is below.

At the bottom of the article I wrote on our interview, the first in the series, I mentioned that I had an interview set up with Paul Fromm, and in fact I finished this interview two days ago. Unfortunately, we had serious technical issues right from the very beginning. This caused us to delay the interview by forty minutes, and eventually we settled on simply having me call Paul and record the conversation with him. The video is below.

As for Paul Fromm himself, he’s been fighting for Our People for half a century now, starting out in the anti-communist days, and moving on to what we see today. One thing I did mention to him, and which he agreed with in our interview, is that it sure does seem like the communists of the day, like William “Moses” Kunstler, seem to be pushing the exact same anti-White pervert garbage as the capitalists of today.

But just as I’m doing with Monika Schaefer, I’m going to write one or more additional articles on my interview with Paul Fromm. So I won’t get too in depth as to our interview right now.

In fact, I’m not going to get too in depth as to Paul Fromm’s history either, but it certainly is interesting. Fromm has been the international director of the Council of Conservative Citizens. He founded the Edmund Burke Society with Don Andrews and Leigh Smith when he was just a teenager. He’s founded CAFE, a free speech organization, in the 80’s,

And for those who want to do the whole “SerIoUS GuYS wOrK WiThIN thE CuckSeRVAtIvE/RepUbLiCAn PaRTy” bit, he, like many of these guys, has had the ear of some Conservative politicians since back in the late 60’s. Although now he agreed with me that the Conservative Party of Canada is a thoroughly useless and in fact actively harmful institution.

He’s been involved in multiple high profile legal cases, had serious violent confrontations, all started by antifa/commies of course, been the leader of the Ontario Social Credit Party, fought against koshervatives like Jason Kenney, and is of course denied entry to the United States of America. And I guess at one point he crossed paths with Evalion.

Paul Fromm with Evalion. Remember her?

I told him when I began interviewing him that I would need to wrap it up as soon as possible. I had planned something like just ten minutes, and then we could reschedule a new meeting when the technical hiccups were ironed out. Of course we ended up talking for forty minutes, and I didn’t even get to ask him about some entire topics of interest, like his defamation trial, his connection to Ernst Zundel, and many other topics.

That will have to wait for a later date. For now I’ll end here, and simply thank Paul for coming onto the Daily Rake, tolerating the technical problems we had, and accepting my stilted, scatterbrained interview “technique.” I’ll have the video up shortly, and an in depth piece will be released on this interview after tomorrow’s event — THE 2022 GEORGE ORWELL FREE SPEECH AWARDS TO MONIKA AND ALFRED SCHAEFER IN VANCOUVER
