Investigation exposed these scammers who take CDL ( Commercial Truck Driver’s ) test while wearing an 01I-phone camera 1

011ra under their shirt, with a hole cut in their shirt.and also wearing an ear piece. 

The camera then catches the test question on a TV screen in the test cubicle.The video feed of the questions then goes to someone in a vehicle outside  in a parking lot who then translates the test question’s answer verbally into the test subjects’  earpiece into their native ( NON English ) language.
So..they get the correct answer through the earpiece after their I-phones video sends the questions to an outside translator. 
Wow..how bad is the CDL issue with these sorts of tactics used ?
