PART 1

If Trudeau and his government need more evidence of China’s sinister intentions in Canada, here is a summary of the evidence that a joint RCMP-CSIS report gave Ottawa about 20 years ago. This report is even more relevant today.

(1) The report was sub-titled “SIDEWINDER”. That is a comparison of Mainland China to a rattlesnake. It is another way of saying that it was foolish to have allowed a rattlesnake into Canada. The purpose of the joint RCMP-CSIS project was “to assess the extent of the threat posed by the acquisition and control of Canadian companies by members or associates of Chinese triads (organized crime) and those with affiliations to Chinese Intelligence (Spy) Services”. (P.3)

(2) When Deng Xiaoping took over China in the late 1970’s, he introduced his economic reforms with the slogan “To get rich is glorious”. However, he and his regime knew nothing about how the West and capitalism operated, so they went to the richest Chinese in Hong Kong and to Chinese organized crime (triads) for advice. In return, Deng gave these groups privileged access to China’s economy. Triads were involved in illegality: gambling, extortion, prostitution, human trafficking and even political assassinations. Deng referred to the triads as “patriotic groups”.

(3) A significant presence of organized crime was detected in “investor” immigrants from Hong Kong to Canada from the mid-1980’s on. This presence consisted of two groups (A) Very rich Chinese business people who had been known to be co-operating with the Mainland Chinese government for years and (B) Associates and relatives of China’s leadership and the Chinese Intelligence (Spy) Service (ChIS). Co-operation between Hong Kong tycoons, triads and the Beijing leadership raised the level of the threat. Mainland China was looking for Canadian technology and for ways to interfere in Canada. In order to understand what Mainland China intended, Canadians had to be made aware of unique Chinese concepts such as “debt of honour”, “duties” “Hou Tai or backers, and “Guanxi or connections”. These concepts placed cultural obligations on Chinese to one another vs to Canada.

(4) As of 1997, over 200 Canadian companies were under the direct or indirect control of China. Many Canadians will be shocked to learn that one of those 200 companies is the CIBC, one of Canada’s five largest banks. Another major bank in Canada under Mainland China’s control is the Hong Kong Bank of Canada

(5) Also as of 1907, examples of other Chinese-controlled “Canadian” companies were CITIC, Norinco, Husky Oil, Grand Adex Properties Inc., Merril Lynch, Gordon Capital Inc., Tai Foong International, Ramada Hotels, China Vision, and Semi-Tech Corporation). (Editor’s Note: Because Liberal Prime Minister Jean Chretien’s government ignored the recommendations of Sidewinder and even ordered it to be destroyed, the number of companies now controlled by Mainland China is almost certainly exponentially higher.)

(6) The Chinese government has gained influence in Canadian politics by maximizing their presence over some of this country’s economic levers. The steps in Chinese strategy were as follows : (a) Buy a “Canadian” company so as to obtain a “local identity”, legally concealing their foreign identity. (b) Under the “Canadian” banner, the Chinese-Canadian company then invests or buys other companies in various Canadian economic sectors. Control lies in Hong Kong or Beijing. The financial benefits of research, often paid for by Ottawa or the provinces are likely to go to Asia. The financial network of Chinese entrepreneurs (connected with triads or Beijing) has grown exponentially and very rapidly in Canada. Their influence over local, provincial and national political leaders has also increased. Chinese entrepreneurs have offered company board positions to Canadian politicians. Many of these company boards are China-owned.

(7) These companies are eligible to receive Canadian government subsidies for research or to bid on classified contracts from Federal Departments. The risks to Canada were that : (A) After the research is done, it can be transferred to China. and (B) Access gained to classified contracts is gained for China. Two examples of noticeable risk: (a) A Canadian company under Mainland Chinese influence competed for a contract to set up and run a classified communications system that linked the main agencies of the Canadian Intelligence community!!! This would enable the Chinese to obtain access to sensitive information. (b) A Chinese multinational bought a Canadian company that specialized in video surveillance. Both of these companies may have installed security systems for various Canadian government institutions or Canadian research industries. China thus had access to information it would never have obtained directly.

Sidewinder – Exposing The Poisonous Snake of China’s Infiltration into Canada Part 1

Sidewinder – Exposing The Poisonous Snake of China’s Infiltration into Canada Part 1

 By David Barswell

The return of Hong Kong to China by the British resulted in a mass migration (prior to the handover date in 1997)  of Chinese entrepreneurs who did not want to live under Communism.   This stream of political and economic refugees to the West provided cover for criminals and for members of China’s intelligence services to penetrate Canada.  (1)

The joint RCMP-CSIS investigation into this massive threat to Canada’s economic and military  security, known as “Operation Sidewinder”, culminated in 1997’s Sidewinder report on “Chinese Intelligence Services and Triads Financial Links in Canada.”  (2)

The word “Sidewinder” was used deliberately. The Sindwinder is a  venomous pit-viper species found in the southwestern United States,. The word referred to the serious danger that a significant number of Chinese posed to Canada.

The targets in this on-going enterprise were largely military and economic, chosen to obtain financial and political influence in the Canadian economy and government, and to obtain high-tech information of use to the People’s Liberation Army.

The Sidewinder Report explored the extent to which the People’s Republic of China had succeeded in  penetrating Canada.  It was never released because of the explosive political implications, and the fear of a backlash from the hundreds of thousands of Canadian citizens of Chinese origin.

Sidewinder was ignored, and all copies destroyed – except for one, which a disgruntled analyst leaked to the press in a traditional brown envelope.

Sidewinder addresses the People’s Liberation Army’s use of the cover provided by the Hong Kong emigrants into Canada to insert intelligence operatives who set up businesses for a variety of purposes.

Canadian Forces defence contracts could be awarded to companies controlled by the People’s Liberation Army, and companies under Chinese government control could obtain research grants from the Canadian government, then ship the fruits of the research to China after we had paid for it.

Canada’s generosity, business-friendly policies and research subsidies, made us a sitting-duck target for China to exploit and to take almost unlimited advantage of.

And, of course, companies under Chinese government control routinely obtain political influence in Canada by making donations to our major political parties.

Here are two other examples of Mainland China’s sinister infiltration.

The Teck corporation, for example, which describes itself as “Canada’s largest diversified mining company”, donated $2.3 million to the B.C. Liberals in 2015, and interestingly enough, in July of this year, Dermod Travis of Integrity BC drew attention to Teck’s appointment of a “Chinese government official” to Teck’s board of directors in April.  Mr. Travis stated : “You have an official with a foreign government who is sitting on the board of a public company in Canada… There are a lot of people in China they could have chosen, and the fact this individual is a member of the government should set off alarm bells.” (3).

In 2012, a recently-arrived Chinese “temporary worker” hired by HD Mining International Limited filed a human rights complaint against the United Steelworkers over their campaign to stop the bringing-in of temporaries (Temporary Foreign Workers)  to work for HD, saying that union leaflets and content on the union’s website were “likely to create contempt for Chinese people” (4).

The corporation itself also threatened to sue the federal government for damages over public statements made by Ministers of The Crown about the company.

For Immediate Release

The Canada First Immigration Reform Committee is protesting today  at 2:00 p.m. outside the constituency office of Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen (99 Ingram Drive) in Toronto.

We are here to protest the utter failure of this Moslem, Somali refugee, immigration lawyer to protect our borders from a stream of illegals pouring into Canada, mostly through Quebec. Over 7,000 have entered since early July putting a huge strain on housing and social welfare. When he was appointed minister earlier this year, we had our doubts but wished him well. Sadly, he has proved himself a captive of his pro-invader background and totally unable to STAND ON GUARD FOR CANADA!

Canadians have been sickened by pictures of highly paid Mounties carrying suitcases for many well dressed Haitian illegals. They should have shoved them back across the border.

MOUNTIES WELCOME SOMALI ILLEGALS

Canadians have been further sickened by pictures of Canadian soldiers who should be building a fence or wall, instead erecting tents to house the invaders. Meanwhile Gen. JonathanVance, the Chief of Defence Staff of the Canadian Army prances in the Ottawa gay pride parade with Justin Trudeau while his country is invaded.

MOUNTIES GREETING ILLEGALS

The Trudeau government has shown no will to resist the invasion. A safe country treaty with the U.S. requires a would-be refugee applicant to apply in the first safe country he arrives in. For these Haitians and others streaming across the Quebec border, that would be the U.S. If they cross at a proper border crossing, they should be turned back. However, should they cross 100 yards away from a border crossing, against all logic, we pretend we don’t know where they come from and let them make a “refugee” claim. They are criminal illegals. They should be turned around and sent back.

Ahmed Hussen, Justin Trudeau, the RCMP and the Canadian Army have utterly failed to do their duty to STAND ON GUARD for Canada and for the Canadian taxpayer.

The illegals will cost the Canadian taxpayer hundreds of millions in welfare, legal aid, medicare, dental care (better than for Canadians on welfare), language and skills training and, of course, processing. Appeals can stretch their stay, even if rejected, to more than 5 years in Canada.

It’s time to retake control of the borders. Deport all illegals. Build a fence or wall and turn any intruder back to the U.S.

Who Needs A Functional Refugee Policy In A Borderless World?

Who Needs A Functional Refugee Policy In A Borderless World?

by Tim Murray

No doubt you have seen images of some of the more than 10,000 migrants who have streamed illegally into Canada from the United States at unofficial border crossings — for the most part in Manitoba and Quebec. What began as a trickle eight months ago has become a flood in August. The City of Montreal reported that while there were 50 per day in the first half of July, there are between 250 and 300 crossing illegally now.

The sheer logistics of processing, transporting, sheltering and feeding this latest surge of border-jumpers has overwhelmed the limited resources of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). And the RCMP is pitching in too, smiling at migrants as they help them with their luggage. It seems that this fabled law enforcement agency has become an extension of the hospitality industry, a collection of bell hops and Walmart greeters. Or are they the public relations arm of the globalist government in Ottawa? Perhaps they should be wearing their ceremonial red serge uniforms as they chaperone illegals.

Amidst the chaos, make-shift shelters have been constructed and initial screening and vetting checks postponed. Because of the swell of refugee claims, the basic background check that would normally take 72 hours to complete will now take two months. Will Canada mimic Europe, overwhelmed by mass migration and the problems that ensue from it? The signs are ominous. The ship of state is drifting, and there is a flake at the helm.

This crisis caught authorities by surprise. But it shouldn’t have. When President Trump mused about suspending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 60,000 Haitians, one could have expected that they would make a mad dash to the candy store up north. Especially when they got a personal invitation from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, always anxious to play the role of the white knight of generosity and compassion. His twitter message was, “Regardless of who you are or where you came from, there’s always a place for you in Canada.” Come on in!

Trudeau’s hypocrisy was breathtaking. What the media failed to notice that Canada had a temporary program for displaced Haitian “quake-fugees” of its own, but it was wound down in August of 2016— under Justin Trudeau’s watch! So instead of telling Haitian asylum-seekers the truth, that the government was unprepared to receive them, the Prime Minister chose to grandstand, to contrast himself to the evil Trump. He was going to drive the Welcome Wagon and set up impromptu welcome stations along the border. The claimants would be bussed to Montreal, one of Canada’s ten self-styled “sanctuary cities”. Yes, Canada has them too. What columnist Daniel Greenfield called “the coalition of the self-righteous”.

Renegade city councils voted to permit illegal migrants to receive housing, avail themselves of food banks, libraries and other services with no questions asked about their immigration status. In sane times it would be unthinkable for the most junior level of government to refuse to cooperate with federal law enforcement officers. But these are not sane times. Instead, city law enforcement agencies have been ordered not to apprehend “undocumented” immigrants or indeed inquire into their immigration status. One gains the impression that the Trudeau administration is not terribly upset with this arrangement.

Taxpayers, however, have a different view. It should not come as a shock that 41% of Canadians polled by the Angus Reid Institute supported the statement that Canada was taking in too many refugees. And a Reuters poll conducted on March 8-9 found that all but 36% of respondents believed that those illegally crossing the border should not be allowed to remain in the country. They are not in love with the idea that queue jumpers who bypassed official border crossings to do an end run around the Canada-U.S. Safe Third Country agreement, can just walk into the country, declare that they are seeking refugee status, and while in limbo apply for work permits and receive social assistance. Simply put, the ongoing invasion is trying their patience.

No wonder. Former Deputy Immigration Minister John Manion once estimated that refugee claimant expenditures alone cost Canadian taxpayers around $2 billion/year. The cumulative cost in the fifteen years following 1985 would put it in the $30 billion range. And it doesn’t help when many deportation cases become mired in extended legal battles in the courts. But as costly as this proves to be, deportation is a bargain compared to the annual $30-35 billion net fiscal burden that largely unskilled migrant citizens impose on other Canadians. The fact is that these migrants do not earn enough income to pay the taxes necessary to defray the costs of the social services provided to them. In the case of Syrian migrants, it was found that after one year of residency, only one in ten (12%) had found employment.

This is not a recipe for smooth integration, and it bodes ill for their Canadian-born children. Already, some 43% of second generation visible minority youth in Canada feel themselves to be alienated victims. The myth of Canadian ‘Exceptionalism’, of our having found the secret formula for ethnic and racial harmony, is wearing thin on the ground. The jury is in. Canada has a limited absorptive capacity. Cities like Vancouver are suffering from ethnic indigestion. Too many too fast and without the necessary resources to help them. Rather than fit into the nation, many newcomers are fitting into ethnic enclaves that have grown exponentially . Liberal commentators call this diversity, but others call it cultural fragmentation and emergent tribalism. The downstream costs are incalculable. Public safety and security may exact the greatest toll.

All of this is the bitter harvest of the infamous “Singh decision” handed down by the Supreme Court of Canada in 1985, when our learned judges determined that Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms meant that all “persons,” not just citizens, were entitled to full Charter protection simply by having their feet planted on Canadian soil. Since then illegal migrants are like the guests on Groucho Marx’s “You Bet Your Life”. Say the magic words, “I am a refugee” and you win the prize. All they need to do is get here. That’s it. And the easiest way to do that is to walk through an unguarded border crossing. Presto, you’re in. Getting you out, on the other hand, can take 3-5 years, assuming that you don’t play hide and seek.

The trouble with Canada’s refugee system is that, as Margaret Thatcher would have said, “Eventually you run out of other people’s money.” The Canadian Welfare State, or any welfare state, cannot survive the crushing burden that untold numbers of failed state migrants will place upon it. The late Nobel Peace Prize winning economist Milton Friedman was right. You can have the welfare state or you can have open borders, but you can’t have both. Unlimited generosity is not sustainable.

In order to pre-empt a nativist backlash, Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale assured Canadians that crossing the border illegally was not an automatic free ticket to citizenship. But Goodale was disingenuous. He neglected to mention that Canada will not deport people to 12 designated countries and locations, mainly in Africa and the Middle East — unless they stand convicted of a crime or a human rights infraction or are deemed to be a security risk. According to the latest available data supplied by the Immigration and Refugee Board, almost one in four people who were allowed to make a claim in the first nine months of 2016 were from one of these areas.

Many of them are Somali claimants who made up the bulk of illegal border crossers in Emerson, Manitoba. They are the beneficiaries of what is known as an “administrative deferral of removal.” Temporary bans can be removed at any time of course, but if recent history is any guide, these claimants will be allowed time to apply for permanent residency. All of this proves asylum-shopping works. Shop around and you’ll soon find out that Canada is a soft touch.

Now for the dirty little secret of Canada’s refugee system. Roughly half of refugee claimants who are deported are not “removed”. They don’t show up at the appointed place at the appointed time.

To illustrate the point, it might be helpful to consider the testimony of former senior immigration enforcement officer David Richardson. While Richardson was careful to point out that he left the department in 2003, an officer he spoke with at Pearson International airport confirmed that, in his words, “Not much has changed on the refugee front, at least in Toronto.”

Richardson continued:

When I worked in Removals, sending failed claimants back to the U.S. at Buffalo N.Y., less than 50% of failed claimants showed up for removal. At that time the Fort Erie Point of Entry (POE) alone was taking in over 5,000 claims a year. Multiply that by the numbers taken in at the major airports and POEs across the country and it could be conservatively estimated that approximately 65 to 70 thousand claims are received a yea r, easily. Now (since) these other POEs were getting the same removal numbers as Fort Erie as I am sure they were — based on my conversations with fellow officers in my position as Union Rep for Southern Ontario — then you can safely estimate that 20-30 thousand claimants were no-shows for removals. Incredibly, the department’s response to these numbers was that the no-shows left on their own! Yeah, I know, I was dumbfounded too.

Richardson added that since departments only keep stats for the most recent five years, the total number of no-shows is unknown. There is no running total. And to this day no one knows how many deportees or illegals still reside in the country as no solid exit data exists as no exit controls are in place.

One-time Immigration Minister Joe Volpe once estimated that there were 120,000 illegals in Canada. Some are visa overstays — temporary foreigner workers and students — but many are rejected refugee claimants who have disappeared into the warm welcoming bosom of our growing list of sanctuary cities. It is not hard to disappear in Toronto, or any other ‘progressive’ jurisdiction where an illegal migrant on the lam can find a safe harbour and a cheap labour employer that stands ready to hire them.

Meanwhile, in the wake of 9/11 federal governments have sought to assuage public anxiety by promising more resources for border security while they quietly lay off staff. This is what David Richardson calls “The Big Lie”. Veterans of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) would say the same thing. They don’t need changes in the law to do their job. They just need more people. If there was a will, there would be a way. But there isn’t.

In surveying recent decades of immigration and refugee policy and performance, one can conclude two things. The system is broken. And no government has had a sincere wish to fix it. Certainly not the reigning Trudeau Liberals. Instead of developing a plan of action to stem the surge of illegal immigration, the government is responding with reactionary band-aid solutions driven largely by political posturing with little understanding of what constitutes sound asylum policy. Rather than composing a coherent strategy, they are haphazardly importing America’s problems.

So why then did we vote for them? Why do politicians with no interest in controlling migrant flows or maintaining the integrity of the system continue to be elected? The awful truth is that fifty years of social engineering and open borders propaganda have left their mark. Belief in national sovereignty has been going out of fashion, nowhere more so than in Canada. To the point that a Canadian Prime Minister can now proudly boast that ours is the world’s first “post-national” state, a microcosm of the dis-United Nations. When Barack Obama told a Montreal audience last spring that he was a “citizen of the world” , they clapped loudly. They found another brother-in-arms, as if the preening charlatan in the Prime Minister’s Office was not enough. I mean, how many Quislings do Canadians need?

If you want to know how Justin Trudeau views the nation, then read the words spoken by Serge Bouchereau, the organizer of an event outside Montreal’s Olympic Stadium to welcome Haitian asylum-seekers. “This is a vast, rich country that can welcome many, many more people who are in bad situations and can’t stay in their countries.”

How many more you ask? The sky is the limit and the queue is endless.

No problem. After all, who needs a functional refugee and immigration policy in a borderless world?

Eyewitness Account of Today’s Anti-immigration Rally in Quebec City

Eyewitness Account of Today’s Anti-immigration Rally in Quebec City
Violent Antifa street thugs attacked immigration protesters today in Quebec City, but, in the end, the march organized by a group call La Meute proceeded.

CTV (August 18, 2017) reported: “Hundreds of members of a far-right group marched to protest illegal immigration in Quebec City on Sunday, but were delayed by several hours by far-left protesters who tried to shut them down by force.

The far-right demonstration was organized by La Meute, which translates from French to “the pack.” The group is opposed to Islam and many view it as racist.

La Meute had a permit to protest and planned to march at 2 p.m., but was confronted by hundreds of left-wing protesters, some calling themselves “anti-fascists.”

After police attempted to allow the far-right march to go ahead, left-wing protesters – some wearing face-coverings — launched fireworks, lit fires and lobbed bottles and chairs. They also attacked members of the media.

Police quickly declared the left-wing counter-protest illegal, citing “violence and vandalism,” but many protesters remained. The far-right group waited inside a government building until the standoff ended. At least one person was arrested.

La Meute proceeded to march around 6 p.m., carrying signs that said things like: “It’s not racist or xenophobic to want to preserve quality of life and the safety of the country.” Others held signs that referenced “free speech.”

La Meute claims that it does not discriminate based on race but is opposed to illegal border crossings. The RCMP intercepted 3,800 asylum seekers crossing the border between the U.S. and Quebec between Aug. 1 and 15, after intercepting nearly 3,000 in July.”

A good supporter sent us this report.

“There was a political demonstration today in Quebec City by a group called “La Meute” (“Meute” is French for “pack” or “wolfpack”).  I live in the region, so I decided to try to join their anti-immigration march near the provincial legislature building despite my not being an official member or Facebook friend of La Meute.  I tried, but I couldn’t get in since the place was blocked by left-wing protesters who knew of the location of La Meute’s rally point in the basement of a parkade.

La Meute’s facebook publicly said they would meet in the basement at 2:00 pm.  I looked at the anti-fa’s facebook, and they were having a simultaneous rally at 2:00 pm around 500 meters away.  I waited outside the parkade for a good time to enter the basement to meet with La Meute, and saw about 5 La Meute members entering with their flags and paw print t-shirts.  However, my waiting for a good time was a bad idea, as a whole bunch of the impatient anti-fa protesters arrived there at around 1:50 pm.  There were so many, that the Quebec City police could not hold them back, it appears.  It looked like there were about 3 types of antifa:  1) people who weren’t afraid to show their face, 2) young anarchists whose faces were covered with bandanas (henceforth “bandanas”) and 3) communists with their red flags.  The various groups did not seem to have a central leader, but were obviously united in their ideology.  I saw banners for open immigration, and anti-capitalism.  The usual unholy alliance and sympathisers tagged along.

Faced with the likelihood of not being able to join the La Meute protest, I just sat and mingled with the anti-fa counterprotesters and watched, trying not to gather too much attention to myself, hoping for a later opportunity to join with the La Meute people, but in vain.  At one point, I asked (in French) some passing La Meute members if I could march with them, but they didn’t respond, understandably a little concerned about getting attacked by the bandana wearers who were shouting at them, just meters from me.  At that point onward, I was definitely targeted by the bandanas as a possible right-winger, although in the confusion, some of the distant anti-fa may have thought I was just a blogger, wannabe journalist, or just stupidly curious.  At one point the bandanas were ripe for violence against me and started yelling “fuck off”, but a hefty policeman with a holstered handgun protected me.  If not, I might have been in a fistfight with the antifa or worse (being far outnumbered).  Being around 50 years old, the youngsters were maybe a little hesitant to attack an old man anyway.  But it was close.  I didn’t leave though, since I had spent 2 hours getting to the location, and I wanted to see what happened when the protesters would meet the counter-protesters.  I didn’t travel all that way for nothing.  I was mostly looking at my cell-phone on a set of cement steps, almost like a middle-aged man minding his own business on a summer day, looking at the news.

I did not have a bird’s eye view of everything that went on, viewed from every street, but I gather that the La Meute gathering was very very small.  I estimate that they were around 10 people, and they were far far outnumbered by the various antifa protesters outside (I guess around 600 people).  In the media, La Meute claimed around 600 followers in the basement of the parkade, but I can not confirm that.  La Meute members never did hold their public protest outside while I was there, so I left at 3:00 pm (being bored, having waited 1 hour for their march to start).

While I was there, I saw a few events that were not reported in the media.

1) Some La Meute members were leaving the basement of the parkade, and were heckled by bandanas from a hillock above the street.  The La Meute people, 2 men, and 1 young woman, were departing from the march rally point, it seems, they had some signs for the planned La Meute march, but the signs were blank, and had no writing on them at all.  One bandana threw a wooden stake downward toward the three La Meute members.  The stake was hefty enough, around 2 inches by 2 inches, and around 4 feet long with an angled tip.  If the stake had been thrown with any more force or accuracy it could have seriously injured someone or have taken out an eye.  Fortunately the stake hit the pavement, and only skidded toward the three La Meute people.  The bandanas were yelling “fuck off” at them.  The La Meute woman shouted back at them in french that she would get her revenge someday.  Many of the bandanas had English accents, and were either from anglophone communities in Montreal, or were from outside the province or country.

2) One short bandana was a college-age woman.  She had a black satchel filled with what sounded like empty beer bottles rattling around, ready to pitch at police or La Meute members, if needed.  I didn’t ever see her throw any of the bottles, but she was there with her satchel, and nervous, with uncertain flight-or-fight eyes.  The bandana types were dressed mostly in black pants, black t-shirts and black bandanas incidentally.  The bandanas were hopping around and chanting, and very restless, almost like a troop of hooting chimpanzees spoiling for battle.  They constantly went from location to location, and hopped from guardrails down to the sidewalk that I was on.  At one point, they went around the parkade building and disappeared from my view for around 30 minutes.  I find it curious that despite the fact that the antifa vastly outnumbered La Meute, I saw fear in her eyes, perhaps a little from fear of the police, but just a little fear maybe from the fact that there could be a confrontation with La Meute?  I speculate.

3) Perhaps the most interesting event to me was a passerby by who went by the antifa at the wrong time.  I did not see them doing the act, but when the man passed by me, his face was covered with black ink.  It looked like the kind of ink that one can wash off (water soluble).  So at least they did not throw permanent dye on the man’s face.  A bunch of reporters descended on him, and asked him questions.  He was in his late forties, well groomed, white, and had a salt and pepper beard.  He had black trousers and a purple dress shirt.  He told the reporters that he was not a member of La Meute, and that he was just visiting the Quebec area.  It seems the anti-fa threw some of the ink on him from above as he passed by on the street below.  Perhaps they mistook him for a wealthy man, which is almost as bad as a racist in the communist’s eyes.  One of the anti-fa medical types (see below) gave him some kleenex or wipes so that he could start to wipe off the paint/ink from his face.  I am not sure if he was from La Meute or not, but if he wasn’t, then the anti-fa got a little carried away on that innocent guy.

4) At around 2:30pm a male sympathiser with La Meute tried to get inside of the police blockade (remember, I was viewing him from inside “enemy lines” so-to-speak), but the police pushed him back with much male force, seemingly concerned for his safety, or because he was a late arrival

5) The bandanas seem to have a designated medical staff with red tape in the form of a cross on their shoulders, a designated quasi-medical corps among the anti-fa (not a bad idea!).  One of the women had some antiseptic napkins in a fanny pack, and probably some bandages, if necessary. In the news, I saw a picture of a different woman with a similar “Red Cross” type of colored tape on her shoulders.  So there was more than one of these medical helpers.  The quasi-medical staff lends an air of legitimacy and organization to the antifa, despite their violent bent.

6) The protesters were overwhelmingly young and white (I guess around 97% white).

7) One bandana leader was a young college-aged man with piercing blue eyes (almost like an actor’s eyes).  When he spoke  French, it was with a North American English accent.

re: Saskatchewan woman charged with human smuggling after nine Africans stopped at border” (NATIONAL POST, April 20, 2017)

Dear Sir:

Over 2,000 people have illegally entered Canada since January, avoiding border check points. News photos show members of the RCMP helpfully assisting them by carrying their luggage. It’s like a Mountie driving the getaway car after a bank robbery.

Much of the Ottawa political elite and the media aren’t taking this invasion seriously.

In your story about the Regina woman arrested for smuggling in 9 African illegals, the diction tends to mask the crimes committed. The illegals are referred to by such obfuscatory terms as  “nine foreign nationals from West Africa”, “asylum seekerss”, “irregular border crossers”. Nothing “irregular” — they are illegals.

And my favourite from the office of the federal public safety  minister who is supposed to protect our border, “spontaneous asylum seekers.” Are we supposed to believe that these West Africans were casually touring a shopping mall in North Dakota and, on a whim, decided to cross the snowy fields to Saskatchewan to “spontaneously” make a refugee claim, much as one might, on passing a coffee shop, on a whim order a latte?

And more incomplete reporting obscuring what’s being done to Canadians: The nine illegals “filed refugee claims with CBSA and were released from custody pending the outcome of their refugee hearings.”

True, but incomplete. So, people who have already shown their contempt for Canadian law are free to roam among us and free to be supported by the Canadian taxpayer. While they go through a process that could take years, considering appeals.l they receive Canadian welfare, medicare, legal and dental care and housing. Some punishment for hopping the border Who says crime doesn’t pay?

A Saskatchewan woman is facing rare human smuggling charges and others are under investigation after Mounties intercepted nine foreign nationals from West Africa who had bypassed formal channels to get into the country.

The case raises the possibility that organized networks of people on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border are being paid to help asylum seekers cross the border illegally.

At a press conference on Wednesday in Regina, authorities said the charges — which come at a time when Canada has witnessed an influx of irregular border crossers — stemmed from a four-month investigation.

“Throughout the course of the investigation, the (Canada Border Services Agency) uncovered evidence to suggest suspected smugglers were allegedly bringing foreign nationals into Canada from the United States by facilitating their illegal crossing between designated ports of entry,” said Jason Evert, a CBSA assistant director.

According to new federal data, the number of asylum seekers caught crossing the border irregularly during the first three months of this year climbed nationwide from 315 in January, to 658 in February, to 887 in March. Most cases occurred in Quebec, Manitoba and B.C. Only five were recorded in Saskatchewan.

The federal public safety minister’s office said in a statement Wednesday that the flow of “spontaneous asylum seekers” represented only a fraction of all newcomers into Canada and that authorities were managing to deal with the increase just fine.

A majority of irregular migrants are U.S. visa holders, meaning they’ve passed American security checks, the statement said. Once in Canada, they undergo further screening.

“To be clear — trying to slip across the border in an irregular manner is not a ‘free’ ticket to Canada.”

But Jean-Pierre Fortin, the head of the union representing Canada’s border officers, has previously complained that the unmanned parts of the vast Canada-U.S. frontier are like “Swiss cheese” and has called for the creation of a dedicated mobile force to patrol the border. Fortin said he didn’t have enough information about the smuggling allegations Wednesday to comment further.

Authorities say their human smuggling investigation started in late December after border officers at the North Portal, Sask., port of entry questioned a man who was returning to Canada from the U.S.

Then last Friday evening, a suspect in that investigation was stopped by U.S. border officers as he attempted to enter North Dakota. They immediately notified their Canadian counterparts.

CBSA, in turn, alerted the RCMP that a “smuggling attempt may be imminent,” Evert said.

About 9 p.m., RCMP stopped a woman driving near the border. Her passengers, nine foreign nationals from West Africa, had entered Canada somewhere between the North Portal and Northgate ports of entry.

They subsequently filed refugee claims with CBSA and were released from custody pending the outcome of their refugee hearings. Authorities would not provide reporters with a breakdown of their ages, gender or nationalities.

On Saturday, police searched a home in Regina and found a significant amount of cash — some in foreign currency, said RCMP Insp. Donovan Fisher.

“We have enlisted the services of our proceeds of crime experts to analyze the money, analyze the situation around which the money was found, and any supporting documents that were included with that, including potentially looking at bank records,” he told reporters.

The woman, Michelle Omoruyi, 43, was charged with one count of human smuggling, in violation of federal immigration laws, and one count of conspiracy to commit human smuggling, in violation of the Criminal Code.

To be clear — trying to slip across the border in an irregular manner is not a ‘free’ ticket to Canada

Linda MacLeod, Omoruyi’s mother, said she first learned of the charges when the news was announced by RCMP. “I know nothing,” she said.

The charges have not been proven. Omoruyi is due in court May 15.

Richard Tessier, reeve of the rural municipality of Coalfields, Sask., near the border, said he was not surprised to hear that migrants were entering Canada in between the North Portal and Northgate ports of entry.

“It’s just a ditch with grass, there’s nothing else there,” he said.

Meanwhile, several more people were arrested by U.S. border officers in North Dakota as part of the same investigation. But details of their arrests were not available Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities would not say how many people might be connected to the suspected smuggling operation.

Lorne Waldman, a Toronto immigration lawyer, told Global News that smuggling charges related to asylum seekers are rare. To obtain a conviction, prosecutors must show that the motivation was money and not humanitarian reasons.

When hundreds of asylum seekers from Sri Lanka showed up on the B.C. coast in 2010 aboard a cargo vessel, RCMP charged several individuals with being part of a smuggling operation.

However, three were found not guilty earlier this year and a mistrial was declared for a fourth person.

Some of those who have recently sought asylum in Canada in such places as Emerson, Man., have told authorities they were motivated to leave the U.S. because of the new Trump administration, fearful their asylum claims wouldn’t be treated fairly or that general anti-immigrant sentiment was rising.

The Border is Open: The Coming Crisis – CANADA – Border Enforcement Report by David Greenhalgh (retired police officer)

The Essential facts

– Fundamentally there is no effective Border enforcement outside the tiny perimeter of CBSA controlled Border Crossings.  The perception there is actual border enforcement outside these crossing is unrealistic.
– Refugees/migrants who cross the border illegally are now confidently calling 911, waiting,  being collected by RCMP, briefly detained, admitted, housed, fed, provided medical attention and a lawyer. That is an estimated $50,000 minimum cost for the first year, per migrant, on the Federal tax dollar. After 12 months they become a Provincial liability.
– Refugees that attempt to lawfully cross at a Port/ (Border Crossing) are turned back under the “Safe Third Country Agreement”. Thus Canada provides a direct financial incentive to disobey the law.
– Prime Minister Trudeau recently declared Canada ‘the world’s first post Nation State” and has publicly welcomed the world’s refugees. Trudeau is in alliance with the philosophy of George Soros “Open Border” initiative . This is planned to radically change the face and culture of Canada. IMPORTANT  http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/oct/20/hillary-clinton-embraces-george-soros-radical-visi/
– Refugee claims from persons crossing the border are up 39% from 2016. The trickle will turn into a flood by summer 2017,  at a massive social and economic cost to Canada.
– It is almost impossible to deport career criminal/refugees after they arrive (See note on Lunyamilla below)
– Canadians are not being told the truth  about our virtually non-existent border defences, or about the potential impact on Canada of unlimited unscreened illegal  migration.
– Canada today has no defences against criminal migrants – unless they are both identifiable and there is also an  existing International or USA arrest warrant.
– Canada has no preparation for, and no effective plan to deal with,  what is about to happen. The Liberal Government is still studying the issue.
– Refugees from El Salvador, Guatemala, Somalia are already over represented in the drug trafficking and gang culture of Vancouver. Even after conviction, it is virtually impossible to deport them.

Enforcement
– The Canadian Borders Services Agency (CBSA) is today a professional organisation.    Regrettably,  unlike the US Border Patrol,  CBSA has no jurisdiction outside the tiny confines of their “Port of Entry” (Canada Customs) border crossing. Thus, illegals in Emerson Manitoba cross 100 meters from the Port,  and capable  trained CBSA Officers have no power to do anything except   stand by and watch.
– 99% of the Border in Canada is the responsibility of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Border enforcement policies are set in  Ottawa.  Notwithstanding the motivation and competence of individual front line Officers, the Corporate RCMP management has never, ever taken its border responsibilities seriously in the last 40 years. In 2017, the RCMP institutionally lacks the capacity, the motivation, the leadership and the equipment to  defend our borders. It lacks the leadership and the moral courage to tell Canadians the truth about its enforcement capabilities or to tell us the direct threat to Canada from Criminal and ideological migrants.  For Border enforcement the RCMP is accountable to the Government and not to the citizens it polices. Today there is no evidence the RCMP has any plan outside “business as usual” to defend our Borders.

– Migrants are being given legal advice in the USA:  “Cross the Border away from the port then call 911”. In Manitoba, RCMP are attending these calls. Meanwhile,  a few illegal crosser have been detained briefly in recent days in South Surrey, processed and released.

The lawbreakers are being told to expect help from the Police!

-The senior management of the RCMP has an imbedded systemic culture of “information management” (ie.  avoidance, platitudes even outright deception) with respect to its staffing, policing priorities, allocation of resources,  and,  a systemic lack of transparency about its staffing operations. This is a cultural  part of the management culture and was evident in BC from the early 1990’s from around the time the Commissioner  was made a “Deputy Minister” in the Liberal Government of the day. This politicised his position and made the RCMP a direct  instrument  ( a tool) of Cabinet and Government policy.

– A tiny RCMP Unit called IBET is tasked with Border policing in B.C. Their priority is policing remote and inaccessible area of the Border. They are not equipped in any way to police the “longest undefended border in the world”This unit will be undoubtedly referred to by senior RCMP management when they attempt to justify grossly inadequate Border staffing levels and priorities. CBSA has had very small interior Units executing Immigration arrest warrants after they have been issued. Their status today is unclear.

–  Border RCMP Detachments –  It will be alleged Border Policing is being carried out by Municipal/City contract policing RCMP Detachments. ie. Surrey, Langley, Chilliwack BC Detachments. Whilst this is theoretically true,  none of these Detachments are staffed or funded for this. It is an extremely low policing priority , a typical response time to a citizen initiated report  in Langley BC would be 45 minutes. There are rare occasional patrols along Zero Avenue (the Border). This is a “wave the Flag” exercise,  as time and priority calls permit.  There are zero effective preventive patrols. In any event, persons not actually seen crossing the Border, just seen running North, are under no obligation to cooperate with Police.

–  For over 40 years the United States Border Patrol has been relied upon primarily to police our Borders for us!  In that capacity there have been many years of cooperation where they called RCMP/Local Police to alert them to northbound incidents.  Recently those calls suddenly dropped off.  Under the current US administration it  is no longer in the interests of the United States to retain illegals, refugees, economic and criminal migrants when Canada will take them. The RCMP is no longer respected by professional US enforcement agencies as a Border policing force,  because  there is simply no visible evidence of their presence.

– In the USA there are near daily reports of major drug busts and other major arrests. We are not regularly hearing of these incidents on our Border. When a diligent CBSA Officer makes a big contraband bust they have to call the RCMP to take over. Later news reports often credit  the RCMP for what CBSA actually did,  thus implying there is actual policing at the Border.

Mounties help Somali illegals cross into Quebec. Enabling the invaders!
Central and South America

– There are at least 150-million potential economic migrants from Central and South America  who are better off on lifetime welfare in Canada,  than working in their home country.

– Nations like El Salvador, Guatemala, areas of Mexico, deconstructing Nations like Venezuela, have a systemically violent criminal gang sub-culture.  Entire regions have been run by criminal gangs for a generation or more.   Criminality, lack of respect for life and physical integrity (sexual assault) are part of a dominant macho culture. An underlying expectation that   violent criminals undergo a “conversion” experience when crossing our border illegally, because Canada is so nice to them, is ludicrous
– Official estimates of  “illegals” in the USA are 11.4 Million. Other sources estimate up to 18 Million.   All of these broke American Law at least once!  Hundreds of thousands of these are career criminals currently being aggressively targeted for deportation by the Trump administration. Canada is an extremely “soft” target for these people.  The legal, cultural, and welfare mindset of the average Canadian has no concept of how economic migrants (seeking welfare/medical benefits), criminal migrants (traffickers/ gang members) , and ideological migrants (radical Islamists) will damage this Nation within a very short time
–  Information received 9th March 2017. A resident of Rosario Argentina, a seriously dysfunctional criminally oppressed city, called a friend in Canada last week. She had learned she can travel  to Mexico, buy a Mexican passport for $20, then fly to Canada to live. No visa required.  She has been robbed at gunpoint three times in her house. Two teenagers were gunned down last week outside her door. She was dissuaded by the ethical argument that falsely representing herself as a Mexican was immoral. We sympathise, but multiply her story by 50 Million or so and divide it by our tax base of about   19 Million and you get the point.

Enforcement Hypocrisy
–  A Canadian Citizen crossing the Border just outside the Port of Entry may be observed, reported to the nearest  RCMP Detachment,  and in the unlikely event they are located then arrested, the Canadian   will be charged criminally, any goods in their possession seized and/or penalties assessed. They will have a criminal record,  be unable to visit the USA and will  have to pay their own lawyer.
– A criminal migrant from  El Salvador, acting on legal advice,  avoids the Border crossing, arriving without identification, provides whatever details he/she chooses.  There is no viable way of checking their identity or criminal record outside the USA. They are detained briefly, put up in a hotel, fed, clothed, provided medical attention and a lawyer.
Jacob Lunyamilla   a criminal migrant arrived here from Rwanda in 1996 as a refugee. Since then he racked up 95 criminal charges, 54 convictions and over 400 interactions with police. Convictions include sexual assault, carrying a weapon, randomly attacking strangers, he has 10 convictions for assault. Lunyamilla is a serial victimiser  of Canadians. He refused to cooperate with authorities efforts to deport him by failing to sign the required papers. ( acting on legal advice) . In multiple unsuccessful attempts to get Lunyamilla deported the Immigration Review Board   finally just gave up and ordered him released saying “it is unfair to hold him indefinitely”. Finally some common sense was applied by a Federal Court Judge and Lunyamilla is back in custody……. pending an appeal by his lawyers. (Credit – Kim Bolan, The Province  1st March 2017)

– Thanks to Trudeau senior, the minute a migrant sets foot on Canadian soil they are entitled to the benefits of our Charter of Rights.   That means is they get a lawyer – at your expense. Lunyamilla is just one example of hundreds in BC alone.

Gang culture

– Just one gang story (of many) will suffice. MS13 is a gang originating in El Salvador. Extremely violent, brutal, entrenched in 46 states they are now liable to deportation under renewed efforts by the Trump administration.  An MS13 speciality is the gang rape, pimping, sex trafficking and murder of teenage girls. Some were recently indicted for offering a teenage girl as a sacrifice to Satan. http://www.torontosun.com/2017/03/08/ms-13-satanic-murder-victim-is-missing-teen

MS13 is here in Canada now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Thrvidqsb5Q  . Please google MS 13 gang. I just don’t want to write about their appalling  atrocities here.

– – An accredited Northwest Gang Investigator estimates around 180 gangs already operating in B.C. Are we not hearing about this from the RCMP because a great many gang members are recent migrants/visible minorities? It is just not politically correct for any police manager to tell the unvarnished truth about the ethnic nature of BC’s gang culture!

– The continuing Mexican gang war resulted in 120,000 dead, 27,000 missing by 2013. Many of these were innocent non-combatants including honest Mayors and Police Chiefs. Entire town Police Departments have quit! Police Chiefs and Mayors tortured and murdered . All this just two days drive south of our undefended Border.

– Lunyamilla cost the BC taxpayer over $1-million in legal  and enforcement  costs.  Because of Canada’s ineffective and dysfunctional legal system it is almost impossible to deport these people.

– BC’s criminal Justice/enforcement system is already incapable of handling  an existing ethnic drug gang shooting war.  The Judicial Case Law has severely  handicapped the capacity of Police to interdict guns in the hands of gang members by radically idealistic  binding decisions that render facts/evidence inadmissible on multiple technicalities (another legacy of Trudeau Senior).

– These Court decisions :-
–  Have enabled criminality by the virtually uninterrupted transport of weapons in vehicles by criminals.
–  Disabled the ability of Police to detain violent criminals facing serious outstanding charges for any longer than it takes to identify them.
–  Disabled the ability of Police to conduct interviews of suspects.
–  Have put informants/witnesses at severe risk of identification and retaliation by aggressive defense court “disclosure” tactics. This is quite intentional,  and defense lawyers are well aware that their aggressive tactics have identified witnesses and informants to murderous criminals.

Conclusion
The legal, cultural, and welfare mindset of the average Canadian has no concept of how economic migrants (seeking welfare/medical benefits), criminal migrants (drug traffickers, slavers, gang members) , and ideological migrants (radical Islamists) will damage this Nation within a very short time. Every economic, criminal and ideological migrant damages the interests of the legitimate law abiding properly screened migrants that Canada needs  to benefit the Nation.
Our Borders are open and virtually undefended. Our Prime Minister has invited the world. The word is out as far as Argentina.  Without a fundamental change in attitude and response, 2 years from now Canada will be unrecognizable. We will wake up and find ourselves in the same condition as Belgium, France,  Sweden and multiple other European Nations, or worse.

This Tory Leadership Candidate Makes Sense: Steven Blaney proposes immediate measures to counter illegal immigration

Steven Blaney proposes immediate measures to counter illegal immigration
By February 23, 2017

Steven Blaney, candidate for the leadership for the Conservative Party of Canada, today proposed measures to counter illegal immigration.

While illegal immigration is on the rise in Canada as a result of recent events, it is important to take action to curb the phenomenon that could affect the efficiency of our immigration system and impact on the security of our country.

Here are the three (3) immediate steps proposed by Steven Blaney:

  • Increase resources at the border of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to improve Canadian border control and expand the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) immigration and follow-up investigations;
  • Reviewing immigration laws to make it less easy for illegal migrants to apply for refugee status after illegally entering the country;
  • Work in partnership with cities and provinces to combat illegal immigration.

Steven Blaney also wants to ensure the territorial integrity of Canada by harmonizing the rules for the treatment of refugees at the border. Data obtained from the Canada Border Services Agency speak for themselves: asylum seekers brought by the RCMP to Quebec’s three main entry points have more than quadrupled in three years, and the trend could be accentuated. It is time to act before the phenomenon takes on uncontrollable proportions.

Quote

“Given the potential magnitude of illegal crossings between border crossings, it is imperative to harmonize the rules governing the reception of refugees from the United States.”

– The Honorable Steven Blaney, candidate for the leadership for the Conservative Party of Canada and Member of Parliament for Bellechasse-Les Etchemins-Lévis.

Uniform? Heck, in the Multiculti RCMP Moslem Women Can Make Up Their Own & Wear A Hijab

Yes, here in Absurdistan (Canada), the RCMP has once again modified its uniform {Latin, for one or single form} for a privileged minority. Now Moslem chicks can wrap a hijab around their head. Mere White officers, of course, must wear the standard Stetson. This picture came from the Polish paper Gazetta (August 29, 2016). Our own lamestream media didn’t give this latest outrage much space.

‘FOREIGNERS’ CAN NOW ‘LEGALLY’ ARREST, SHOOT AND KILL CANADIAN CITIZENS

Posted on by
May 3, 2016

(The RCMP press release)

After ‘living for 10-years in Canada’ and only having a ‘permanent resident status’, one part of this press release means that ‘a citizen of a foreign country’ will be able to, legally arrest or legally shoot and kill Canadian citizens in their own country.

It may sound ‘unbelievable’, bur it’s  very sadly ‘true’.

Today, under ‘PM Trudeau-2’, these non-citizens can now become Members of our once-proud RCMP.

To degrade our national  police force even further, “physical abilities will no longer be tested as part of the application process”.

“RCMP changes ‘outdated’ recruitment process; permanent residents can apply”   (CTV NEWS)

VOTP:   Please excuse this apparently ‘non-liberally-hip’, obviously ‘ignorant’ and apparently-‘stupid voice’, but who could had ever imagined that such things would have ever  been allowed to be done to the world-recognized and much-respected, ‘high standards’ of  Canada’s RCMP’?

Still, even more unbelievable, it’s amazing that the battered, clapping-seal-like remnants of the former, Harper Party’s Government’,  have yet to say  one word on this degradation of our RCMP – a piece of Canadian citizen ‘s heritage.

Bending  over and breaking one’s back, all in the name of ‘diversity’, ‘accommodation’ and ‘multiculturalism’,  eventually not only  break one’s back, but  the fabric of one’s country’s  heritage.

No, Voice Of The People Canada (VOTP) IS  not talking about the growing numbers of ‘refugee, non-citizens’ in today’s Germany.

VOTP is talking about what happened this week in your and my Canada.

Destined to become a former, ‘badge of honour’
in Canada.
