The Anti-Life, Anti-Heterosexual Agenda of the Canada-Funded Organization of American States

They tore our banners down from the airport walls. Under direct orders from the Secretary General of an institution most Canadians have never had a reason to think about. Before the meeting had even started.

My name is Rocío D’Angelo. I’m writing to you because what is happening right now reaches all the way from my home to yours. Before I tell you what is happening, let me tell you who “they” are, because Canada is helping pay for them, and I believe you deserve to know.

The OAS, the Organization of American States, is a body of 35 countries that sets the rules Latin American governments are pressured to follow. Every year, it holds its General Assembly. Canada funds it. And this year, that Assembly has become a weapon aimed straight at the heart of the family.

That might sound harmless. It isn’t.

Because what the OAS writes down does not stay on a shelf.

Judges quote it in our court rulings. Aid agencies attach it to funding for our nations. Lobbyists carry it into parliaments throughout Latin America.

I was at the 54th Assembly in Paraguay. I was at the 55th in Antigua, when they threatened to ban me from speaking. When I stood up in that room, I delivered the message of Latino families who refuse to be silenced.

Now I’ve spent the last few weeks reading this year’s OAS Political Declaration, line by line. And what I found is a direct threat to families like yours and mine.

This is what the Declaration says:

  • That abortion is an inter-American “human right” — wiping out every legal protection for the unborn across the region.
  • That “gender identity” must be embedded in schools, hospitals, courts, and laws across all of the Americas.
  • That surrogacy is “reproductive autonomy” — turning children into commercial products and women into biological instruments.
  • That euthanasia is a “dignified death” — attacking the right to life from both ends.

But what does this actually look like in your daily life?

This is not harmless political theater; these are real life-and-death stakes. Their extreme abortion and euthanasia mandates will end human lives.

It means an unelected bureaucrat could have more influence over what your child is taught than you do. It means Latin American countries that protect life will be punished with diplomatic isolation and aid cuts.

And this year they came armed with something new: a “Civil Society Participation Manual”, a bureaucratic bullying stick designed to control, filter, and silence any organization that dares to resist from inside the OAS.

The Assembly meets in Panama in days. I’ll be in that room, meeting with delegations face to face.

But a lone voice isn’t enough. Your signature goes directly to Canada’s ambassadors while negotiations are still open. When they see thousands of their own citizens watching, it changes what they do.

We have days. Not weeks. Days.

Will you add your name right now and tell Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and OAS ambassadors to strip every pro-abortion, pro-surrogacy, and pro-euthanasia clause from this Political Declaration?

Paul, here is the part I need you to understand most.

Canada does not just sit in that room. Canada pays for it. The OAS runs special earmarked funds for exactly this kind of programming, and Canada is now the second-largest donor to them, behind only the United States.

And look at what happened this year. The United States cut its contributions to these funds by nearly half, precisely to stop this agenda. Ottawa did the opposite. Your federal government increased Canada’s contributions to fill the gap left by the Americans.

I know Canadian families are not living in luxury. I know you are stretched by rent, by grocery bills, by taxes. And yet your money is being shipped south to bankroll the very machine pushing abortion and gender ideology onto nations that never asked for it, including mine. Even Canada’s own Auditor General has said Global Affairs Canada cannot prove this kind of “feminist” foreign spending achieves anything at all.

But there is something worse than the money, Paul, and I say this as someone watching it happen to her own home.

Canada is not only the wallet for this agenda. Canada is the blueprint.

Ask yourself why the architects of this Declaration chose these exact words. It is because they already have a country that has done every single one of these things, and they want the rest of us to copy it. That country is yours.

I do not say this to wound you, and I do not blame the Canadian families I have met and prayed with. But look honestly at what the elites have built in your name.

Canada is one of the only nations on earth with no legal limit on abortion at any stage of pregnancy, none written in its criminal law at all. Canada legalized euthanasia and then expanded it so quickly that Canadians have been offered death when what they needed was housing, care, or a little more help to keep living. Gender ideology has been written into your schools, your hospitals, and your courts, and parents who object are treated as the problem.

I do not believe most Canadians ever truly chose this. I believe it was done to your families, much as they now want to do it to mine.

And that is what makes this true colonialism.

They are not sending my region medicine, clean water, or food. They are sending us your government’s biggest mistakes. They are taking the abortion regime, the euthanasia culture, and the gender experiment that have wounded so many Canadian families, and using your wealth and Canada’s seat at the OAS to press them down like a stamp onto countries from Mexico to Argentina.

We still believe in life. We still believe in the family. Many of us still believe in God. And unlike the nations already remade, we still have the chance to say no if people like you will stand with us while there is still time.

This year’s Political Declaration is not just another resolution that collects dust. It’s a foundational document that will define the direction of the entire inter-American system for decades. Judges will quote it. Aid agencies will weaponize it. Lobbyists will wave it in every parliament across the hemisphere.

But here’s what the globalists didn’t count on: their own house is on fire.

The OAS Secretary General, the same man who ordered our banners torn down in Antigua, Albert Ramdin, is now at the center of a major corruption scandal. A confidential Trump administration memo, titled “Diplomacy or Dynasty? The Credibility Crisis at the OAS,” has just been leaked to the press.

It calls for an independent investigation, accusing him of nepotism, fiscal recklessness, and blatant disregard for member states. The United States, which funds 50% of the OAS budget, is now demanding his accountability.

And honestly? When I read that, I had to put my phone down for a second.

This is our moment. The institution pushing this agenda is weakened. And the political wind has shifted.

The governments of Argentina, El Salvador, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and the United States were all elected on the same mandate: defend life, family, and national sovereignty.

Chile, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic have now joined them: pro-family governments that owe their voters a clear stand at this Assembly.

This is our moment to hold every one of them to their word, and to ask Canada to stop standing on the wrong side of it.

But mandates don’t enforce themselves.

Every ambassador walking into that room in Panama will face pressure from every direction: abortion lobbyists, gender ideology financiers, and global organizations whose entire mission depends on this agenda advancing. They’ll be there, whispering consequences, threatening isolation.

The only thing that can counter that pressure is YOU.

Does Canada Have An Anti-Anglophone Federal Government?

Is Justin Trudeau fulfilling a covert agenda instigated by so-called father Pierre Trudeau? Brad Salzberg Jul 27   Share   Share For nearly eight years in office, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has prided himself on a so-called “progressive” form of governance.
While Canadian media echo the sentiment, an ominous undertone of what “progress” really means falls outside the scope of media narrative. One form of progress is currently eluding millions of citizens of our country who qualify as “Old Stock” Canadians. The offspring of generations of European immigrants, most of these citizens derive from a secular or religious Christian background. To say these communities are getting the “short end of the federal government stick” is the understatement of the decade.

Devoid of community solidarity, white Canadians today exist as a quintessential “silent majority.” It isn’t difficult to see why. Simply put, no one speaks of them. Nearly eight years in office, and PM Trudeau has yet to make verbal reference to English Canada, as well as any form of reference toward our Anglophone communities.

To be sure, Mr. Trudeau doesn’t like our type. He much prefers French-Canadians. Canadians of 3rd World origin are a close second. For verification, we turn to the plight of Anglophones within Canada’s social and political arena. As a result of this week’s Federal Cabinet shuffle, the new Liberal MPs entering cabinet are Jenna Sudds, Rechie Valdez, Ya’ara Saks, Arif Virani, Gary Anandasangaree, Soraya Martinez Ferrada and Terry Beech. Seven new members, one of which is an Anglophone male.

Broadening the scope beyond a federal level reveals what CBC and corporate media never speak of: The “running of the Anglophone” from political office in Canada. Those who believe it to be limited to federal politics take head. At every level of government, white Canadians are being hustled out and replaced with those favoured by Trudeau: Quebecers, 3rd World migrants, homosexuals.

According to Statistics Canada, our country has five cities with a population exceeding one million residents: Out of the five– Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton— just one has an Anglophone mayor. We absolutely cannot understand how an ex-Liberal Cabinet member from the Trudeau government, Amarjeet Sohi, was elected Mayor of Edmonton. In the most recent federal election, the Liberals didn’t win a single seat in Alberta. A total washout, all seats save one(NDP) were taken by the Conservative Party.

What happened? Suddenly every Edmontonian worth their winter boots voted for ex-Liberal MP Amarjeet Sohi? One has to wonder about the forces controlling Canadian politics at present. Whoever they are, they do not like “our kind.”

Why not? Because Anglophones exist as a thorn-in-the-side to Justin Trudeau’s pseudo-communist assault on society. Toss aside the white snowflakes, and what remains are ten million Old Stock Canadians with an ability to see through the veneer of Justin Trudeau’s “woke socialist revolution.” Looking back, we consider the methods that nascent totalitarian governments used to disempower unwanted segments of society.

Fundamental to the endeavor is coordinated government-media propaganda. Trudeau’s Liberals accomplished this through a tacit purchasing of establishment media. Once accomplished, the PM went about insulting and degrading our communities, branding us racist, homophobic and genocidal. Covid from China brought another neo-communist tactic to the mix: the “running of the Christian,” manifest in a plethora of arrests of Canadian pastors. After 50 Christian churches were burned down in arson attacks, PM Trudeau responded with a shrug of his shoulders, stating that the attacks “were understandable.” Make no mistake– this Trudeau fellow has it in for us, big time.

His LGBT advocacy delivers another angle to the agenda. It’s a funny thing– as much as LGBT, Pride and Transgender propaganda have permeated society, media never speak of a specific downside: LGBT results in fewer children being born. Do tell, fellow patriots: why, in a country with a rapidly shrinking population, does our prime minister promote the hell out of non-birthing LGBT advocacy? Trudeau maintains the same vehemence toward promoting Abortion and Euthanasia. All of which maintain a commonality. They result in an impediment of children being born in Canada. It’s a weird phenomenon– until we begin to think about which communities most indulge in these practices.

Every way you look at it, Anglophones in Canada are down on their luck. Media never speak of us in a communal sense. Muslims, Sikhs, Chinese, Quebecois, Tamil Tigers. Your name them, and Justin Trudeau has pandered to them in a giant way. But when it comes to Anglophone Canadians, silence is golden. And here we are sitting back and taking it. If we had to pick a question most often asked of CAP by our readers, it would be something along the lines of “why do we put up with it?” A fair question it is– why do Anglo-European Canadians sit back and take the abuse Team Trudeau has been throwing in our faces for the past seven-plus years? The answer comes in recognition of a 50-history of pre-meditated socio-political seduction.

With Canada’s colonial founding as ammunition, a Quebecois communist by the name of Pierre Trudeau set our people up for the fall. The first major sign was an introduction of Multiculturalism in the early 1970’s. Forced upon an unsuspecting general public, it was only a matter of time before “diversity” steamrolled right over our communities. Wanna know the problem with so-called diversity? It has no ceiling. No point of demarcation exists as to when multiculturalism will be declared a success. Canada’s multicultural pushers are insatiable. Nothing is good enough, and nothing ever will be.

That is, until whitey is pushed to the side, his position usurped by PM Trudeau’s preferred form of citizen: Those willing to accept every draconian, freedom-stripping piece of neo-communism he is throwing at our society. Back in the world of high-level politics, we point to the reality of the Anglophone-Canadian predicament. Out of 39 Liberal Cabinet Members, just seven are male Anglophones. In what seems like ancient history, ex-Conservative PM Stephen Harper’s Cabinet had 18 out of 38. A microcosm for society it is. Justin Trudeau is gunning for disempowerment of one identifiable Canadian community. Like so-called father Pierre, he is at heart a Quebecois communist. Caught off-guard through a half-century of seduction, the destiny of English Canada and its Anglophone communities stands on shaky ground.

Life and Choice

Not that long ago – indeed, it is a matter of mere months – there was a consensus at all levels of Canadian government, Dominion and provincial, regardless of which party actually held the reins of power, that choice was more important than life. Today, it is the consensus of all levels of the Canadian government that life is more important than choice.

In neither case was the consensus one that was arrived at legitimately through informed and open discussion. In both cases this writer did not merely dissent from the consensus but condemned it as being monstrous and evil.

So what is going on here? Has some diabolical mad scientist from an extra-terrestrial world targeted our planet with a mind reversal beam powered by interstellar radiation?

Not exactly.

What is meant by “life” and by “choice” in the one consensus was radically different from what is meant by these terms in the other. In the first consensus, the choices that were valued over life were very specific choices. The choice of an expecting mother to terminate her pregnancy and kill her unborn child was one such choice. The choice of somebody – usually a person with an irreversible condition that causes intense pain and suffering – to end his own life with medical assistance was the other. In short, the choices were abortion and euthanasia. The lives that were considered less important than these choices in the previous consensus were specific lives – the lives of the unborn children of the women who chose abortion and the lives of those who chose euthanasia. That the termination of these lives would ensue as the outcome of these choices was certain. Furthermore, these deaths were the deliberate and intentional end of these choices for which reason these choices cannot be made without incurring moral culpability.

The reverse of all of this is true about the “life” and “choice” of the second consensus. Although certain demographics are more susceptible than others to die from the severe pneumonia that the Wuhan Flu aka COVID-19 produces in a minority of those who contract it, the disease does not target specific individuals, nor is death certain in any particular case. With the exception of acts like coughing and spitting in someone’s face, which were already considered to be unacceptable behaviour long before the pandemic, the choices that have been curtailed by our fascist public health officials do not deliberately, intentionally, and willfully spread the virus, much less cause the deaths of the small fraction of those who eventually die from it. Barring the discovery of any hard evidence for the conspiracy theories that claim this virus was created in a laboratory there is no moral culpability here.

At the end of February, only a couple of weeks before the World Health Organization declared a pandemic, Justin Trudeau’s Liberals tabled a bill in the Dominion Parliament – Bill C-7 – which, if passed, would remove most remaining legal roadblocks to euthanasia. It would also take a huge leap down that slippery slope from physician-assisted-suicide to physician-with-power-of-life-and-death that opponents of euthanasia such as this writer have been warning about all along. It allows for the euthanizing of those who have lost their ability to consent to the procedure provided that they have indicated their willingness at some point in the past.

The segment of the population that is likely to be euthanized overlaps to a very large extent the demographic that is most susceptible to die from pneumonia from the coronavirus. What kind of warped logic reasons that we must indefinitely cancel the most basic freedoms of everyone in society in order to protect people from dying from the Wuhan Flu in order that their physician might terminate their life deliberately, with or without their consent?

Note also that while each province in the Dominion has ordered its hospitals to cancel or post-pone most surgeries and procedures that do not involve saving lives, abortions remain accessible during the lockdown.

Now consider the kind of choices that the public health bureaucrats have taken away from us. The choice to go for a walk or jog in the park. The choice to get together with friends and family to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and the like. The choice to meet up with somebody for coffee. The choice to shake somebody’s hand, clap him on the back in congratulations, or cheer him up with a hug. The choice to pay our respects and mourn together for loved ones we have lost. The choice to assemble together with others of our faith and worship our God as He commands us. The choice to go outside and get some fresh air. The choice to go to the library and take out a few books. The choice to go to a gym and get some needed exercise. Unlike abortion, these and the thousand other similar choices that are now forbidden us, do no intentional harm to anybody.

It is choices like these that make up what we, until quite recently, used to call “living our lives.”

What is the point of protecting our lives if we are not allowed to live them?
The kind of choices that the Trudeau Liberals – and all the so-called “conservatives” in the provincial governments – believe should be protected at the expense of human life, do not deserve the protection of law. The kind of choices that our health authorities, Dominion and provincial, have taken away from us in order to protect our lives from the Wuhan Flu, are the choices that make up everyday life and which constitute our basic freedoms. Health authorities should not be able, under any circumstances, much less a media-hyped, flu-type virus, with a fancy name, to take these freedoms and choices away from us. Only Communists, Nazis, and others of that general type would ever wish to do so.

George Grant in an essay entitled “The Triumph of the Will” written in response to the decision by the Supreme Court of Canada, with the new powers given it by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, to strike down our laws against abortion in R v Morgentaler, quoted Huey Long’s famous remark about how when fascism comes to America it will be in the name of democracy. Our Supreme Court, like that of the Americans in Roe v Wade the previous decade, Grant said “used the language of North American liberalism to say yes to the very core of fascist thought – the triumph of the will.”

I wonder what Grant would have had to say could he have seen the way in which the same people who show a disregard for human life in the name of choice, when that choice is abortion, have turned around and criminalized the most everyday of human choices in the name of life. Since it is happening all over the world, and Grant liked to remind us of the ancients’ warning a universal, homogeneous, state would be one of tyranny, I doubt that it would surprise him much.
